1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Insurance Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated from Thailand and is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Insurance Flow is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides insurance management tools, including customer management, coversheet tracking, policy administration, reporting, and related features. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Thailand or elsewhere
Infringe intellectual property rights or the rights of others
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or engage in hacking or unauthorised access
Send spam or mass unsolicited communications
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures
Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without advance notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

5. Data and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are as set out on our pricing page. Payment is due in accordance with your plan. We may update pricing with reasonable notice. No refunds are provided for partial periods or where access is terminated due to your breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, remain with us or our licensors. You do not acquire any rights except the limited licence to use the Service as permitted under these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
